The fiscal year 2022 Agricultural Education Incentive and Three Circle grants are now available in the electronic grants management system through the ISBE Web Application Security (IWAS) system. All eligible applicants must create and submit an application through the IWAS system. Once you are in the appropriate system, create your applications by selecting “Year: 2022” and choosing “Create Application”.

Due Date: Please complete and submit your application by September 15, 2021, to receive a July 1, 2021, start date. Funds will be disbursed according to the payment schedules within approved applications.

Allocations: Allocations are preliminary and are based on the information provided by eligible applicants on the FY22 Incentive Funding Quality Indicator Application (Click here to see previously completed application) and the FY22 Three Circle Intent to Apply Form (Click here to see previously completed intent form). If you did not complete the quality indicator application or three circle intent form, you will not be eligible for funds in FY22.

Technical Assistance: Should you need any technical assistance or guidance, please first reach out to your District FCAE Program Advisor. They would be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. You may also reach out to the State Board via aged@isbe.net. If you have questions regarding allowable function object codes in your Incentive Funding budget, please see Question 3 on the IFG Frequently Asked document. Your Three Circle Grant budget should match what is found on your completed District Salary Match Worksheet. This will be required as an attachment to your IWAS application.
