I wanted to send along a couple of quick updates and some answers to teacher frequently asked questions from this past week.
1.
GET GRANTS COMPLETED BY SEPTEMBER 15th! If you would like to set up a time to do a quick Zoom or Google Meet to get your grants done, please email me a time we can meet online, or I am happy to come in person, just let me know!

All Section Events are set up on ilaged.org under Event Registration. Remember you MUST register there, so that your section president can complete their report.
One thing to note is that you can make changes to student names even after you have submitted registration. Just click on the event and select Edit Student names.

3. Attached is the Section Meeting Update document, including links to things like "how to add students to the AgEd website"
4. TEACHER Frequently Asked Questions:
- If your school is looking for a SOPPA agreement for ILAGED.org, I am attaching it to this email
- Here is the document with codes for IFG.
- Curriculum that was housed on MyCAERT can now be found on you ilaged.org dashboard, but clicking the Curriculum button
- All vo-ag fair money for last year has been paid out, and most fairs that have happened already this year should be paid out within the next couple of weeks. You can look to see if/when your fair premiums were sent on the Illinois Comptroller Website Website (you will need your school's FEIN number found on your fair contract and your school name as vendor name). It will indicate if the fund was sent as electronic or check.
