Description

Stark County  High School, located in Toulon in Section 3, is seeking an Agricultural

Education Teacher/FFA Advisor position.

The Stark County Ag Department has an Ag Mechanics shop, with welding booths and other updated woods equipment. Current courses to be taught (although, flexible based on candidates) Basic Ag Mechanics, Advanced Ag Mechanics, Ag Construction, Agricultural Welding, Agricultural Engine Maintenance, Agricultural Electricity Systems. Stark County High School is 1 to 1 with Chromebooks. The Agriculture Department does have a Smartboard and Ag Office Space. 

Agriculture is very important in our community.  Our new teacher would have tremendous community support. The new teacher would join the current Ag Teacher, Ms. Taylor Wilkinson.

Candidates must have an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or Career and Technical Education Educator License with Stipulations (ELS).  Contract length is 12 months as the school district participates in the Three Circle FFA and SAE grant.
