Come join this workshop to share ideas on work/life balance and share your secrets on how you make sure you are spending quality evening time with your family. While chatting and sharing ideas we will also make 5 different freezer meals that you will get to take home and enjoy with your family over the coming weeks. Please bring $30 with you to cover the cost of your freezer meals and bring a cooler to keep your meals in until you get home!
