1:00 - 5:00 PM ILDNR Hunter Safety Educator Training      
Join Cody Gray from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Completion of this workshop will allow you to become a Safety Education Volunteer Instructor for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. You will be able to instruct on the Illinois Hunter Education Program and provide certification for students.

1:30 - 4:20 PM New 5E Agribusiness Curriculum      

Presenters: Trent Taber, Cambridge & Jacob Meisner, Princeville

Description: Do you dread teaching Ag Business Management because your current curriculum leaves a lot to be desired in regards to student engagement? Wish there was a way to make Ag Business exciting, engaging, and fun? Join Trent and Jacob to learn more about the updated 5E Agribusiness Curriculum! Find out what's new, how to use it, and have fun practicing the curriculum activities!

1:30 - 4:20 PM Safe Space Training Session      
Presenters: Gavin Lee (Heartland College) & Lucas Allen (FCAE)

Safe Space Training is designed to promote community LGBTQ education and awareness. The training gives attendees the opportunity to learn about LGBTQ+ identities, language and terminology, misconceptions and microaggressions, and how to be an ally.

1:30 - 4:20 PM To Buy or to DIY (featuring Reality Works)      
Presenters: Allie Hand (Lincoln HS) & Jerry Brockett (Meridian HS)

Want all of the innovative and hands-on experiences for your classroom but do not have the funds necessary to buy large models? Do you want the large models but do not know if they are worth it? This workshop is designed to show how to facilitate many hands-on labs, primarily for animal science, to students whether you are on a budget, or if money is no object.
