Looking for a way to recognize and thank your donors for their generous giving? FFA Chapters can request certificates from the Illinois FFA Center for the Chapter to distribute to their donors. To request the certificates fill out the 2023-24 certificate request form. The certificate request form must be submitted at least 2-3 weeks prior to the date the certificates will be distributed by the FFA Chapter. The form will stop taking submissions on April 15th, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. CST.
On October 23, 2023, the Illinois Foundation FFA Board of Directors voted to update the recognition procedures for Foundation supporters.

Please note, donors who give less than $50.00 do not receive a certificate, but they will receive a thank you letter from the Illinois Foundation FFA for their donation, regardless of the amount given. We encourage each chapter to do a thank you as well.
