Illinois FFA Alumni & Supporters Scholarships
The Illinois FFA Alumni & Supporters offers three types of scholarships annually, all focused on providing leadership training to students who are still in high school so they can return to their home community and put their leadership training to work. Note: Your FFA Chapter must have an active state and/or national Alumni Chapter:
2024-25 Rubric for all IL FFA Alumni Scholarship Applications
- Ground Zero Conference - Two-day FFA Leadership Conference held in different locations in Illinois each winter. Sophomores get priority judging, Freshmen can apply. The completed scholarship application is due by October 30, 2024 and the FFA Advisor needs to reply to the application receipt email and type a short "letter of recommendation" paragraph and email it to pdavis@illinoisffa.org by October 30, 2024.
- Washington Leadership Conference - Five day national conference held each summer in Washington, D.C. Scholarship applications. Visit the National FFA website for more information about the conference. Juniors get priority judging, Sophomores can apply. The completed scholarship application is due by October 30, 2024 and the FFA Advisor needs to reply to the application receipt email and type a short "letter of recommendation" paragraph and email it to pdavis@illinoisffa.org by October 30, 2024.
- IL FFA Leadership Camp - Four-day camp held in July in Monticello, IL. Sophomores get priority judging, Freshmen, and Juniors can apply. The completed scholarship application is due by March 1, 2025 and the FFA Advisor needs to reply to the application receipt email and type a short "letter of recommendation" paragraph and email it to pdavis@illinoisffa.org by March 1, 2025.
