- Guest Registration Now Open - Due Friday, June 11, 2021
With the official move to Phase 5 this Friday, we are now able to allow guests to attend IAVAT Conference next week. If you are an award recipient and have family or administrators that would like to attend your award meal function, or if you are a conference attendee and have family that would like to attend specific meal functions with you, please submit this form by this Friday, June 11, 2021 by noon.

As a reminder, IAVAT Conference Supplemental Materials can be found here. Committee reports, affiliate reports, university reports, and IAVAT budgets will only be available electronically at the link above and are not printed in the conference program on site. If you would like a printed copy, please be sure to print from the link above prior to attending IAVAT Conference.
- Region IV Meeting
The NAAE Region IV Meeting will be held virtually on Monday, June 21st at 11 am EST/10 am CST. It is open to all IAVAT members, so please spread throughout your district. Here is the link for registration for your meeting.
