Good afternoon Fair Managers, I just wanted to provide a quick update- I've been working with the IL Department of Ag and they are migrating their internal record keeping system to a new process. Therefore, they haven't been able to give us a new Pro-Rata amount yet. If you have already had a fair this year, or if you have one soon, just wait to send a report and we will let you know when you can do that. You won't be penalized.
However, please ensure your results are entered in the system- so that when we are ready to enter your budgets/pro-rata we can test the system to make sure it's working.
