Attached please find a flier for an five and a half day, intensive,  field ecology course offered by the University of Illinois's Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences Department.  June 5th through June 10th.  

 

The course will be led by Jeff Weiss, a highly experienced instructor in restoration ecology.  Each day will consist of hands-on experiences and visits with local experts in various Illinois ecosystems (see the attached flyer).  

 

The course is being offered non-credit for only $500.  (This is a graduate level field ecology course.)   Experienced volunteers are welcome as are folks exploring restoration ecology as a career.  What a perfect opportunity to bring a student with an Environmental Science SAE!
