The deadline to request Foundation certificates to acknowledge the donors who credited your chapter is fast approaching. Please note that the last day to submit these requests is April 1, 2024.
To request the certificates, visit https://forms.gle/YZuY7H9w2bLAErPt7 and fill out the 2023-24 certificate request form.

Please note donors who give less than $50.00 do not receive a certificate, but they will receive a thank you letter from the Illinois Foundation FFA for their donation, regardless of the amount given. We encourage each chapter to do a thank you as well.
