MANDATORY REGISTRATION - QUALIFYING EVENT

2024 State Ag Mechanics CDE - Thursday, May 2, 2024

Site:  Illinois Central College, Illinois Central College, 1 College Drive, East Peoria, IL

Registration Starts 8:00-9:30 a.m.

Mandatory Registration Closes: Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.  Please register whether you have had your section contest or not.  IAVAT Member Fee:  $12 p/p; Non-IAVAT Member $48 p/p

Results must be turned in on the website - First Team per Section and all first-place individuals.  If you send these only by email please email both swelch@illinoisffa.org and pdavis@illinoisffa.org (so that we know who is to register for this results-based registration).

REQUIRED-DUE BY MONDAY, APRIL 29, 2024:  State Ag Mech Required Waiver- Please have each student/parent sign the waiver(s) and upload it to the registration BY MONDAY, APRIL 29, 2024, OR email the waiver(s) to pdavis@illinoisffa.org by that date.  ICC is requiring these forms to be sent to them before the contest.

Registration Instructions:  Each high school can bring one student in each area (Carpentry, Electricity, Welding, Ag Power, and Surveying).  Only those students who are placed first individually or part of a first-place section team are allowed to compete at state.  

Entering Student(s) Names - Please add the names when you register so that we can double-check the winners from the section reports.

Advisors - Please choose an area that you would like to work in at the contest. Per request from the college, please only register 1 Advisor for assignments.

Submitted Registrations for Cancellations must be made by Thursday, April 18, 2024.  If you need to cancel your registration(s), please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org or call (217) 753-3328 Ext. 107.
