The 2024 IAVAT Conference web page has been created (here). Be sure to check out this page for additional information leading up to conference. The Supplemental Materials folder at the top of the page contains many conference reports (university, committees, affiliates, financials, etc.) that will not be printed in the conference program, so be sure to check out the files electronically before attending conference. Newest details include information about Trivia and Bowling Night, Door Prizes, and Silent Auction. For those wishing to submit a resolution at IAVAT Conference, that form is also available on this web page and must be submitted by Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 5:30pm.
After extensive review of bids from potential host sites for 2025-2030 contests, the IAVAT Board has created options for the membership to review prior to conference. Please click here to review and submit feedback regarding contest host sites by May 14, 2024.

IAVAT Conference Reminders

For new teachers (in the 2024-2025 school year), teachers changing programs, and those student teaching next school year, please click here to begin the registration process. This form will allow FCAE LPS staff to adjust teacher profiles on ilaged.org appropriately for conference registration and billing.
Hotel room blocks begin closing May 18 and a $50 late registration fee begins June 1.
