Recommended Hold on Submitting FY25 3 Circles Grant Budget Applications

Many of you received the message through the IWAS system last week that the FY 25 Three Circle Budget Applications are available.  With the movement in the state budget process that shows an increase to the Ag Ed Line item and after consulting with ISBE, we are asking schools to hold off submitting those budgets until we know the line-item amount.  The current budgets that are available show an 86.86% proration, which could be increased if the additional funds in the current proposed budget are finalized. 

For districts that have already submitted their application, if the increase occurs there will be time to amend those applications to reflect an increase in funding.

FY24 3 Circles & Incentive Funding Grant Budget Amendments Due May 30^th

Please remember that all grant amendments must be submitted in the IWAS system by May 30^th.  There are still a few districts that need to submit their upward amendment for the FY24 Three Circle Grant.  Please reach out to your district’s assigned Local Program Support advisor or reach out to Jason Mott at ISBE via jmott@isbe.net.  For more information and step by step directions, please click here.
