Donovan High School has a vacancy for a full-time Ag teacher/FFA Advisor to begin in January. Courses could include Ag Science, Ag Industry, Ag Mechanics, Advanced Ag Mechanics, Horticulture, Vet Science, Resource Management, and Welding.
The high school offers small class sizes with only 70 students in grades 9-12. Class sizes range between 1 to 15 students. While Donovan has the smallest school district in the county, it is financially stable district with one of the largest budgets.

Salary/Benefits (provided by the District) include:
$9,700 towards insurance (covers 100% of 3 of our 4 health insurance plans)
Offer HSA (health savings accounts) as a health insurance benefit
$2,000 signing bonus for new teachers
$300 per semester hour paid for master's degree classes
100% TRS paid by the district
If you are a 1st year teacher out of college, salary/benefits is $55,451.74 plus 400 extended hour salary, which is an additional $14,000. If you bring years of experience and/or a master's degree with you, then you will be placed at a higher pay rate.
