SIU Invitational Food Science CDE Registration
Location: Ag Building (1205 Lincoln Drive, Carbondale, IL 62901)
Date: Wednesday, October 2, 2024
Registration Deadline: Friday, September 27, 2024
On-site registration will begin at 4:30 pm. Event will start promptly at 5pm.
Each school is limited to 1 varsity team for this contest. You can sign up as many junior varsity teams as you would like. Teams consist of 4 participants and all 4 scores will count towards the team score.

This contest will follow the state rules.
The contest will include the team event scenario, written test, math practicum, food safety and quality practicum, and both sensory evaluation practicums: triangle tests and aromas.
Cost: $25 per team.
