Looking for a great Ag teaching position in District 2 or know someone who is?  Check out the listings below and share! Both schools are looking for a teacher to start in January.


Donovan High School has a vacancy for a full-time Ag teacher/FFA Advisor to begin in January. Courses could include Ag Science, Ag Industry, Ag Mechanics, Advanced Ag Mechanics, Horticulture, Vet Science, Resource Management, and Welding. The high school offers small class sizes with only 70 students in grades 9-12. Class sizes range between 1 to 15 students. While Donovan has the smallest school district in the county, it is a financially stable district with one of the largest budgets.

Central High School in Clifton in Section 10 is currently seeking a 2nd Ag Teacher/FFA Advisor for their Agriculture Department.  This position would include teaching courses such as Ag Science, Vet Science, Ag Mechanics, and Basic Construction/Electric/Engines/Welding.  This person would be part of a two teacher Ag Department/FFA Chapter.  


Central is equipped with both a shop and greenhouse.  It has an active FFA Alumni as well as a supportive community.  


Central offers a competitive salary, participates in the Three Circles Grant program, and offers a stipend for FFA.
