Good afternoon, Fair Managers... the good news you've all been waiting for!
If you're receiving this but you're no longer the fair manager, please forward this message to them.
Good news: the state figured out how to deal with pro-rata payments. Pro-rata will be $768.26
"Less fun" news: you have to fill out a very quick form to claim it.
(There was a change in CFO at the Department of Ag, and because of that, they didn't send pro-rata out by the end of the fiscal year deadline- so you essentially have to claim it). Things should return to normal next year.
Here are the steps:
- Open the attached guide. I included notes on how to fill the form out.
- Complete this claim form on DocuSign based on the guidance in step 1.
- Print a hard copy and keep in your Fair files.

I have requested the programmer to get the pro-rata added to the fair manager system so you can submit your fair reports (if you've already had a fair). I'll send another message once that has been loaded and is ready to submit reports for those of you who have already had a fair.
