Dear Advisors and Donors,

We wanted to take a moment to remind you of a few key deadlines and policies to ensure your contributions and donor recognition are handled smoothly.

Donation Deadline for Guaranteed Recognition

To be guaranteed recognition for contributions to the Illinois Foundation FFA at the upcoming 2025 Illinois Association FFA State Convention, donations must be postmarked by January 31, 2025.

Please note, while the deadline for guaranteed recognition is quickly approaching, the Foundation accepts donations year-round, and contributions postmarked AFTER January 31 will:

• Still count toward your chapter’s overall Local Collection Drive total.
• Be included in the calculation of your chapter’s Hopper Funds.

Donor Certificates

Looking for a way to recognize and thank your donors for their generous giving? FFA Chapters can request certificates from the Illinois FFA Center for the Chapter to distribute to their donors.

1. To review the Foundation's current policy on certificates, click here.
2. To request certificates, click here.
3. The certificate request form must be submitted at least 2-3 weeks prior to the date the certificates will be distributed by the FFA Chapter. 
4. Please note, the Foundation must have received donations credited to your chapter in order to provide certificates.
5. The last day to request certificates is April 1, 2025.
