Salary and benefits will be based on appropriate placement on the collectively bargained agreement.  For 2025-2026 school the base salary is $44,494.93.  The base salary with TRS is $48,895.52.  The entire salary schedule can be found at:  https://www.dwschools.org/district/employment-opportunities

Additionally, Deland-Weldon CUSD 57 is a partner with ISBE in the 3-Circles grant.  This grant will pay up to 400 additional hours (outside of contract time) at a per diem rate (subject to funding and grant renewal being approved).

Additional Notes

DeLand-Weldon will be completing a renovation project of the agriculture spaces during the summer of 2025.  New welding booths will be installed.  New lighting will be installed.  Electrical infrastructure will be updated.  A new classroom will be created.  This a great opportunity for a person who want to develop an agriculture program from the ground up.
