MANDATORY REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS & EVENT DETAILS

2024-25 CDE/LDE Calendar & General Information includes all the state CDE/LDE Information for Site, Start Time, Registration, and on-site Event Instructions.

NEW SITE/Time:  April 4, 2025, Livingston County Fairgrounds, 18142 4H Park Rd, Pontiac, IL 61764.  Starts at 10:00 a.m. (Registration starts 2 hours before the contest and ends 30 minutes before the CDE begins.)

Registration Details:  

• MANDATORY REGISTRATION Ends Friday, March 21, 2025

• High/Middle School Division - Maximum 5 On a Team

• Open Registration - You can register for all divisions.

• Please enter the students’ names into the registration form as soon as possible and definitely before the contest.

• Special Needs Accommodations Form - please email the form to swelch@illinoisffa.org by Friday, March 21, 2025.

• Submitted Registrations Changes:  If your registration is submitted and the registration has not closed, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org with your changes or let us know if you can no longer attend.  

• Non-competing current middle/high school observers will NOT be permitted to attend the contest.

Cost - Maximum 5 Students on a Team (*Open)

• IAVAT Member Fees: 

  • HS/MS Reasons $20/Student - Ends Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

  • HS/MS Non-Reasons $12/Student - Ends Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

• Non-IAVAT Member Fees:

  • HS/MS Reasons $80/Student - Ends Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

  • HS/MS Non-Reasons $48/Student - Ends Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
