MANDATORY REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS & EVENT DETAILS

2024-25 CDE/LDE Calendar & General Information includes all the state CDE/LDE Information for Site, Start Time, Registration, and on-site Event Instructions.

NEW SITE/Time:  April 12, 2025, Joliet Junior College, 1215 Houbolt Rd, Joliet, IL 60431.  Starts at 10:00 a.m. (Registration starts 2 hours before the contest and ends 30 minutes before the CDE begins.)

Registration Details:  

• MANDATORY REGISTRATION Ends Saturday, March 29, 2025

• Varsity Division - 4 Maximum on the Team

• Please enter the students’ names into the registration form as soon as possible and definitely before the contest.

• Special Needs Accommodations Form - please email the form to swelch@illinoisffa.org by Saturday, March 29, 2025.

• Submitted Registrations Changes:  If your registration is submitted and has not closed, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org with your changes or let us know if you can no longer attend.  

• Non-competing current middle/high school observers will NOT be permitted to attend the contest.

Cost - Maximum 4 Students on a Team

• IAVAT Member Fees: 

  • Member Rate - $12/Student - Ends Saturday, 3/29/25 at 11:59 p.m.

• Non-IAVAT Member Fees:

  • Non-Member Rate - $48/Student - Saturday, 3/29/25 at 11:59 p.m.
