Jack Hille Middle School in south suburban Oak Forest is excited to announce they are starting a new middle school program themed, "A Taste Of Agriculture."
Courses will be semeseter long and the community and administration are very excited and supportive of the new program.
Classes to be taught include 6th grade "Taste of Food" (a farm-to-fork class), 7th grade "Taste of Plant & Animal Care" (plant & animal science), and 8th grade "Taste of the Trades" (career exploration and leadership).
The position is planned to be a 12-month, 3-circle grant participant.
