Good morning, 

I know that there are already more than enough things going on today, but we have completed the review of all State Degrees submitted to the State Office. You do not have to look today, you don’t even have to look this week, but I wanted to make sure that this was shared as soon as possible to allow for as much time for corrections. 

I have gone through and reviewed all of the comments from our reviewers, and approved or denied based on their suggestions. Attached is the list of all degrees submitted to the state office, but you will need to go into AET to review comments and see approval status for your applications. 

To check your status, follow these steps: 

• Go to theaet.com

• Login

• Go to Reports

• Click Submission Lists and Feedback

• IL 2025 State Degrees - Click on the Edit List Box

• You will see either an A, R, or D 

A = Approved, no additional steps necessary.  

R = Removed and you can make the corrections based on the suggestions from the reviewers.  

D = Deny, one or more qualifications were not met for the degree. 

Please reach out if you have any questions on the denial or removal comments. Even if your student was approved, the comments from reviewers will be beneficial if your student plans to apply for the American Degree in the future. Once again, I want to remind you that if your student plans to apply for their American Degree, they need to have a personal email in AET.

Here are the goals for my timeline: 

•  All corrections are due by March 28, 2025.

•  Letters will be sent to State FFA Degree recipients in early April 2025.
