LIVESTOCK REASONS/HORTICULTURE MANDATORY REGISTRATIONS END FRIDAY, APRIL 11, 2025, AT 11:59 p.m.

Site/Time:  University of Illinois, Stock Pavilion Registration Starts at 7:45-9:30 (Please be at the farm at 9:30 a.m. for assignments and to start on time). U of I Farm (after registration), U of I Beef/Sheep Unit for Livestock, 4900 S Race St, Urbana, IL. Parkland College for Horticulture, 2400 W Bradley Ave, Champaign (registration is available at Parkland too.)


Registration Details:  

  • Varsity for all divisions, 5 on a Team, Livestock Closed-Can only register for Reasons OR Non-Reasons.

  • Livestock Reasons & Horticulture Mandatory Registration ends Friday, April 11, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. 

  • Please enter the students’ names into the registration form as soon as possible and definitely before the contest.

  • Assignments - Please choose your assignment or be assigned one.  Chaperones can pick an assignment on-site.  For multiple-teacher programs, please wait until the other teacher chooses an assignment before submitting the registration. 

  • Submitted Registrations Changes: If your registration has been submitted and has not closed, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org with your changes or let us know if you can no longer attend. If the registration is closed, please utilize the Trading Post.

  • Trading Post - Starting April 12th, utilize the Trading Post for Livestock Reasons/Horticulture.  The school that buys the registrations will pay the school that sells the registrations. The school that registers through the website will pay the original IAVAT Invoice.  Note:  If you are a Non-IAVAT Member, you must pay the difference to the IAVAT.  The names of the students can be given on-site.

  • Non-competing current middle/high school observers will NOT be permitted to attend the contest(s).


MANDATORY REGISTRATIONS - END FRIDAY, APRIL 11, 2025, AT 11:59 P.M. UTILIZE THE TRADING POST ONCE REGISTRATION ENDS:

Cost - Livestock ReasonsIAVAT Member (dues must be paid): $20/Student OR Non-IAVAT Member $80/Student


Cost - Horticulture: IAVAT Member (dues must be paid): $12/Student OR Non-IAVAT Member $48/Student


EARLY BIRD REGISTRATIONS END FRIDAY, APRIL 11, 2025, AT 11:59 P.M. & THEN REGULAR RATE BEGINS:
