1. Jenner Ag to Award $1,000 Scholarships for 2024-25 School Year

Applications for the Jenner Ag Furthering Ag Education Scholarship are due July 31, 2025

Harristown, Ill., March 3, 2025 – For the 14th consecutive year, Jenner Ag is proud to offer its Furthering Ag Education Scholarship program to support high school and college students pursuing careers in agriculture. For the 2025 academic year, the program will award two $1,000 scholarships—one for a student in Illinois and one for a student in Indiana.

“Every year, we’re inspired by the drive and dedication of young people passionate about agriculture,” says Steve Jones, CEO of Jenner Ag. “Investing in their success not only benefits their future but also ensures the ongoing strength of the ag industry, and we’re thrilled to contribute to their journey.”

Interested students can find the application online at www.jennerag.com/scholarship-program or through any Jenner Ag employee. Applications are due July 31, 2025. Eligible applicants must be in their senior year of high school through their junior year of college and pursuing a degree in agriculture at an accredited college or university in Illinois or Indiana.

Grants for Growing (G4G) is a competitive grant program for middle and high school FFA chapters developing and improving project-based or experiential learning opportunities for students. FFA chapters may apply for up to $5,000 through the G4G program, sponsored by Tractor Supply Company (TSC). Apply today.

Day of Service Mini-Grant
This grant provides alumni, middle school, and high school chapters with up to $400 to conduct a one-time service event. Learn more and apply today.

3. 97th Annual Illinois FFA Convention, June 10-12, 2025 REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Teachers register for the State Convention just like any other event by going to the www.ilaged.org website, logging in, and beginning your process in Event Registration.  

Full three-day registration is $30.00 per person.  Band and Chorus member 3-day registration is $15.00 per person.  Students who are serving on the 2025 Selection Committee are provided complimentary registration.  One-day registration is $15.00 per person.  

Pre-Registration Instructions:  Includes all of the information to pre-register for the convention.
