HOT, HOT, HOT - Pre-registration closes TOMORROW, Friday, May 16, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. 

THAT’S TOMORROW!

97th Annual Illinois FFA Convention, June 10-12, 2025 REGISTRATION 

• Teachers register for the State Convention just like any other event by going to the www.ilaged.org website, logging in, and beginning your process in Event Registration.  

• Full three-day registration is $30.00 per person.  Band and Chorus member 3-day registration is $15.00 per person.  Students who are serving on the 2025 Selection Committee are provided complimentary registration.  One-day registration is $15.00 per person.  

• Pre-Registration Instructions:  Includes all of the information to pre-register for the convention.

• Bus Parking Passes sell out quickly, so please register for those ahead of time.  Please note that you will NOT be able to buy the American Degree Dinner and/or State Awards Lunch Tickets on-site.  

• After May 16, 29025, you will need to register on-site.  Please note that parents, friends, and guests may register on-site. 

• Want to receive FREE bus parking ($30 value) and a gift certificate? Sign up for a shift as a bus parker on your registration form!  We would LOVE and APPRECIATE having your assistance in the parking lot, your fellow teachers can always use a little extra guidance in the parking lot.

What happens if I do not get our school registered by May 16, 2025?

• No worries, you CAN register on-site.  When you register on-site, you will still have a chapter packet, but that packet will NOT include any of your convention buttons or other registration materials; it will include lots of convention information, stage appearance cards and additional materials.  

REMINDER - Calling ALL Delegates, they MUST be signed up by May 16, 2025

• Delegates (up to 2 members from each chapter) need to attend the business session on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, after the 1st General Session AND of course the Elections Session, Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 7:30 a.m.  Delegate registration must be completed by May 16, 2025, to reserve their free convention t-shirt for serving as a delegate.  NOTICE:  Please register two delegates and their t-shirt sizes by May 16, 2025, to receive a free convention t-shirt, which will be in your registration chapter packet at convention.  ALL DELEGATES MUST be registered on May 16, 2025.  ALL delegates will be using their own electronic device for voting again this year; we WILL NOT have clickers for voting during elections.  

When will our Chapter Delegates get their delegate t-shirt? They will be in pre-registration chapter packets to be picked up at the 97th Annual Illinois FFA State Convention.  If you wait and register on-site at the state convention, your delegates will NOT get a free convention t-shirt.
