IAVAT Mentor Program – Sign Up Now!

The IAVAT Mentorship Program is back—with support from the University Council—and we’re looking to grow our network of mentors and mentees! Our goals this year are to:

• Match mentors and mentees earlier in the school year

• Support every early career teacher who wants a mentor

• Strengthen connections across our ag ed community

Who should sign up?

• Mentees: Teachers with 5 or fewer years of experience, starting new programs, transitioning from industry, or new to Illinois

• Mentors: Experienced teachers willing to offer guidance, support, and ideas
