The IAVAT Mentorship Program is back—with continued support from the University Council—and we’re excited to grow our network of mentors and mentees for the 2025–2026 school year!

Our goals this year:
* Match mentors and mentees earlier in the school year
* Ensure every early career teacher has the support they need
* Strengthen connections across our agricultural education community

Who should sign up?
Mentees: Teachers with 5 or fewer years of experience, those starting new programs, transitioning from industry, or new to Illinois
Mentors: Experienced teachers eager to provide support, guidance, and ideas
