Silent Auction
The Member Services Committee is collecting silent auction items! Please consider donating items. The proceeds go to the Crisis Relief Fund. All you have to do is bring items to Conference and check them in with a member services committee member. If you have any questions, contact Kara Barling at barlingk@husd4.org.

Door Prizes
Door prizes will be given out throughout the conference. Examples of items- free items from old chapter t-shirts, local businesses, items made by students in agriculture classes or from their SAE's, gifts baskets of small items with a theme put together by members of your section, educational or agricultural items.
-Odd-numbered sections: bring door prizes on Monday, June 16.
-Odd-numbered section chairs will be asked to assist with passing out tickets and facilitating the handing out of these prizes.
-Even-numbered sections: bring door prizes on Wednesday, June 18.
-Even-numbered section chairs will be asked to assist with passing out tickets and facilitating the handing out of these prizes.
