Overview
The Job Interview Leadership Development Event is designed to test participants on their
ability to develop, practice, and demonstrate skills needed in seeking employment in the
agricultural industry. Before arrival at the event site, each participant must submit a cover
letter and résumé. At the event site, each participant must demonstrate practical skills
related to a job application, a telephone interview, a personal interview in front of judges,
and a follow-up letter.
